As Wheaton celebrates the arrival of Andy Warhol Portfolios: Life in Pop Art at the College of DuPage McAninch Arts Center, the City's Fine & Cultural Arts Commission invites you to take a public art tour to see how local artists have applied pop art to our downtown fire hydrants!
