Neighborhood Roll Call
Join the Wheaton Police Department at a Neighborhood Roll Call!
The Wheaton Police Department hosts the popular Neighborhood Roll Call series of events during the summer. These family friendly outdoor community gatherings are designed to connect residents with the officers who serve them and share current safety information.
Each Neighborhood Roll Call includes a presentation by the Wheaton Police Department. Officers discuss what’s happening in the neighborhood, talk about crime trends, and present safety demonstrations, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. In addition, officers provide fun activities for children.
The events are open to everyone in the community, and residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and their neighbors, too.
“We’re looking forward to bringing back this program and meeting with the community again this summer,” said Sergeant Angela Smith, who leads this program for the Wheaton Police Department. “It has proved to be a meaningful way for our officers to engage with residents and share relevant information about their neighborhood and their police department.”
Thank you!
The 2025 Neighborhood Roll Call series is complete. Thank you to the hundreds of residents who participated! Stay tuned for more community events with the Wheaton Police Department.
