4. Many people in our community can't get enough of Halloween and have some amazing decorations for all to enjoy. Want to show off your Halloween display? The City of Wheaton invites residents and businesses to send in photos of their outdoor Halloween decorations to feature on the City's Instagram and Facebook accounts for everyone in our community to enjoy.
