The Wheaton Police Department recently added a convenient way for residents to file non-emergency police reports. You can now report the following through the City’s website:
- Burglary to a Vehicle
- Civil Matters or Matter of Record
- Criminal Damage to Property or Vehicle
- Damage to City property
- Harassment by Electronic Communications
- Identity Theft
- Lost or Stolen Property
- Nuisances
- Private Property Vehicle Crashes / Accidental Damage to Vehicle
- Telephone Harassment
- Theft
- Trespass to Vehicle
- Vandalism/graffiti
Please do not use this form to report an emergency. If you need immediate assistance, please call 9-1-1.
Filing a police report online adds to the many additional types of requests for services you can already submit online through the City’s website, such as reporting a pothole or a streetlight outage. See the City’s website for a complete list of City services and Police reports you can submit online.
