Bridge Communities is a transitional living program in DuPage County for those who are or are at risk of becoming homeless. Bridge Communities services adults over the age of 21 who have one or more minor child(ren) under the age of 18. For more information or to complete an intake, call 630-545-0610 ext. 20.
Hesed House is located in Aurora, IL, and offers an Overnight Emergency Shelter for adults experiencing homelessness, and a Family Shelter, open to families with children. For more information, call 630-897-2156 or visit Hesed House to complete the online referral form.
The Kathy Paulsen Hope House serves as a 24-hour hotline to assist in locating homeless services in DuPage County. Hope House also provides housing and support services to those who are homeless. For more information, call 630-941-8681.
360 Youth Services offers emergency and transitional housing services to youth ages 18/24. If you are a young person experiencing homelessness or are in need of housing, call 630-961-2992 ext. 1168 to speak to a member of the 360 Youth Housing Team.
