UPDATE 2:20 P.M. - Wheaton Police are concluding their investigation in the area of Buena Vista and Lorraine Road, and they will be leaving the area.
ORIGINAL INFORMATION: There is currently an increased police presence in the area of Buena Vista and Lorraine Road and the immediate area while the Wheaton Police Department is conducting an investigation. There is no threat to the public. We are providing this notice so residents in this area are not alarmed to see an increased number of officers in the area.
