Throughout the month of March, the community can honor Women’s History Month in downtown Wheaton thanks to a creative collaboration celebrating women artists and local women business leaders. The City of Wheaton Community Relations Commission, the Downtown Wheaton Association and the DuPage Art League present the return of the annual We Are Women Art Exhibit, where the community can stroll through the downtown and enjoy artwork created by more than 30 local women artists on display in some of Wheaton’s women-owned or -managed businesses. See a map of the locations and artists.
This exhibit features 30+ pieces of artwork from 30+ local women artists from the DuPage Art League, St Michael's School, Wheaton North High School, Clare Woods Academy, and Inklude Studio on display at some of Wheaton’s women-owned or -managed businesses.
