The City of Wheaton's Forestry Division and Environmental Improvement Commission will join students from Franklin Middle School in planting a new tree in honor of Arbor Day. The celebration will take place at 2:15 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018.
Students will participate in the ceremony, and the City of Wheaton will celebrate Wheaton's receiving the Tree City USA award from the National Arbor Day Foundation.
