The City of Wheaton will kick off a multi-year infrastructure project with a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Friday, April 6 at 11 a.m. in downtown Wheaton.
Over the next 4 years, the City of Wheaton will update and improve underground utilities, roadways, lighting and signage, while creating wider, more pedestrian-friendly sidewalks. New gathering spaces will be created, and the Martin Memorial Plaza will be relocated to the north side of Front Street and will contain a new water feature and an outdoor fireplace.
