[ARCHIVED] Pavement Patching on President Street Starts Thursday

patching closeup

Crews contracted by the City of Wheaton will begin resurfacing work on President Street between Crescent and Roosevelt Road (Route 38) on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021. While traffic will remain open in both directions during this work, drivers should expect delays. In addition, there will be no on-street parking allowed during this work.

The City expects that crews will be able to finish putting down new pavement by Monday, Sept. 20.

Please use caution around work crews to ensure everyone's safety. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve Wheaton's infrastructure.
