On Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, Wheaton Police Officers were alerted to a retail theft at Victoria’s Secret, 151 East Loop Drive. Three suspects fled the store with more than $2,000 worth of merchandise and entered an awaiting car. The car fled the parking lot and was eventually stopped by officers.
Darius Irving, Monique Sanders, and two juveniles were taken into custody. The investigation concluded with felony retail theft charges for all four suspects. Darius Irving and Monique Sanders were transferred to the DuPage County Jail. The two juveniles were transferred to the Kane County Youth Home.
