Village of Lisle Hosts Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan Open House

The Village of Lisle will host a public Open House to present the draft countywide Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan on Thursday, January 11,
2018 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 925 Burlington Avenue, Lisle. The meeting will be an informal gathering, providing community members the opportunity to provide comments on the draft plan and speak with Village staff.
The Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan helps community leaders recognize and evaluate the types of natural hazards that impact DuPage County, including floods, severe winter storms
and extreme heat. During the planning process, communities work together to establish goals and develop strategies to reduce the long-term effects of natural hazards in our area.
