This Saturday: Ice Art Walk & Cocoa Crawl
The Downtown Wheaton Association has planned a day of winter fun for the community. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., stroll through downtown Wheaton to see ice sculptures and enjoy hot cocoa in the Downtown Wheaton Association’s Ice Art Walk and Cocoa Crawl. See 32 ice sculptures throughout the downtown, watch an ice-carving demonstration, and try hot cocoa at many different stops throughout the downtown. Find out more at www.downtownwheaton.com.
Ice-A-Palooza Features Skating, Meet-and-Greet & More
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., check out the Wheaton Park District’s Ice-A-Palooza at the Central Athletic Complex Rinks, 500 S. Naperville Road. This free event features a meet-and-greet with Elsa and Anna, face painting, open skating, hockey, kids games, concessions and more. Plus, see the Wheaton Police Department take on the Wheaton Fire Department in ice hockey at 12:30 p.m.
