To honor outgoing Mayor Michael J. Gresk’s years of service to Wheaton and its residents, the community is invited to an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 15. The open house will be in the lobby and Council Chambers of Wheaton City Hall, 303 W Wesley Street. City Manager Dzugan will say a few words of appreciation at 6 p.m.
Mayor Gresk has served as Wheaton’s mayor for the past 12 years. Before being elected mayor, he served as a Wheaton City Councilman from 1995-2003. Mayor Gresk’s final City Council meeting will follow the open house, as he did not seek a fourth term in office.
The City of Wheaton thanks Mayor Gresk for his years of dedicated service and wishes him all the best.
