Billing Information

The City uses a "Pay-As-You-Throw" program for garbage, recycling, and yard waste/organics, meaning you only pay for the amount of waste you generate. Garbage and recycling are collected in carts issued by the City's hauler, and these carts are scanned each time they are collected, so you are only charged when you put out your garbage/recycling carts for collection. Lakeshore Recycling Systems offers several ways to pay for service, including automatic payments or monthly invoices.
