The City Clerk’s Office maintains all official City records, including City Council minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and the code book. The City Clerk also handles all freedom of information requests in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act for residents or Wheaton businesses who want to view City documents.
