WHEATON, Ill. – On July 13, 2012 at approximately 1:15 p.m., Wheaton Police officers responded to the area of Irving Avenue and Wakeman Avenue for a suspicious white pickup truck and several 16- to 22-year-old males walking in the area talking on cellular telephones.
Responding officers were informed by witnesses that two of the males entered an open garage in the 700 block of East Wakeman Avenue and removed two bicycles.
The individuals entered a white 1996-2000 year Ford F-150 and fled southbound on President Street.
Two of the individual were wearing shorts and red t-shirts.
