WHEATON, Ill. – The wait is over for the return of a Wheaton favorite. On Saturday, April 21, 2012, the popular French Market in downtown Wheaton returned for the season, bringing an outdoor marketplace filled with locally grown produce, flowers, baked goods and much more. Modeled after the outdoor markets in France, the French Market is more than a traditional farmers market because it also includes crafts, jewelry, gifts and other locally made products.
You can visit the French Market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Saturday at Main Street and Liberty Drive, just south of the train tracks in downtown Wheaton. The French Market season runs through November 10, 2012. For more information, call Bensidoun USA at 312-575-0286
