Wheaton Municipal Band Returns for 2012 Season

The Wheaton Municipal Band, a symphonic concert band founded in 1930, returns to Memorial Park in downtown Wheaton June 7, 2012 with a season of concerts in the park that concludes Aug. 9, 2012. This Wheaton tradition invites the community to enjoy concerts each Thursday night at 8 p.m., except the Children's Concert, which will begin at 7:30 p.m. June 14, and the concert the first week of July will be on July 5 due to the Independence Day holiday. Memorial Park is located near City Hall at the corner of Karlskoga and Wheaton avenues.
