Our duty is to ensure that the City’s fiscal resources are used in an efficient and effective manner that is consistent with the policies set by the Mayor and City Manager.

What we do:

• Coordinate and prepare the annual budget 
• Issue parking permits for the City’s commuter and employer/employee lots
• Administer billing for water, sewer and miscellaneous services
• Prepare the annual tax levy
• Coordinate an annual audit of the City’s financial records and internal control systems, which is compiled in the 2012 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report 
• Prepare Five-Year Annual Financial Forecast 
• Issue Real Estate Transfer Tax Stamps 
• Sell refuse, yard waste and leaf collection stickers 
• Register voters and issue absentee ballots
