Our purpose is to serve the community by attracting new businesses to Wheaton and retaining existing businesses. We offer planning tools to help businesses in Wheaton thrive.

What we do:

• Attract new businesses to Wheaton
• Assist businesses in the redevelopment of the downtown area through Tax Increment Financing and other planning tools
• Administer business assistance programs 
• Maintain a database of available properties
